2. Subscription Refunds

Free Trial Period
  • We offer a 14-day free trial for new users
  • No charges apply during the trial period
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial without any charges
  • Cancellation must be made before the trial period ends to avoid charges
Monthly Subscriptions
  • Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance
  • Refunds for monthly subscriptions may be granted within 7 days of initial payment
  • After 7 days, no refunds will be provided for monthly subscriptions
  • Service access will continue until the end of the paid period
Annual Subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full year
  • Refunds for annual subscriptions may be granted within 30 days of initial payment
  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Refund amount will be prorated based on unused service period

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If we cannot resolve significant technical problems that prevent normal use of the service

Service Disruption

If our service experiences extended downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours, we may provide:

  • Service credits for the affected period
  • Extended service period at no additional cost
  • Partial refunds in exceptional cases
Data Migration Issues
